    Happy Spring !

April is known as the month of renewal, awakening and new beginning. As I sit and write this, the phrase " April showers brings May flowers" floats thru my mind, as its been raining and overcast for a while now. Good news is, its washed away most of the snow, so we can start seeing the new life of spring start popping up.

In the Coffee World, April coffees tend to trend towards lighter and refreshing profiles as well as the fruity, as they match the spring season.

A popular choice is the light roast bean from Ethiopia/Kenya, which would be our new Three Ponds Loop, Single Origin:

    Tasting Profile

    Light

A naturally processed Ethiopian Sidama with vibrant fruit-forward complexity, floral aromatics, and wine-like depth. Raised-bed drying over 16 days (14–21 day range) preserves clean, expressive layers of berry, stone fruit, and jasmine-like florals distinctive to Ethiopian heirloom varieties.

or a Peruvian like our Stinson Reserve

    Tasting Profile

    Light-Medium

A vibrant washed Peruvian with fruity fragrance and intense chocolate aroma. Flavors of apple, plum, pineapple, and red apple lead into a juicy, smooth body with a long-lasting fruity finish.

We still are offering our sale, for those that would like to stock up, or try our two newly added coffees, Stinson Reserve ( get it before it's sold out! ) and Three Ponds Loop.
